Passionate about boats and the sea, we have chosen on this villa a Catamaran concept:
- A set of ” saloon ” kitchen facing terrace and pool (Cockpit)
- Two independent suites on each side with bathroom and independent dressing.
- A terrace in the shape of a “boat deck”
The plans of the Villa Catalpa were realized by Laurent DARVIOT Architect in Guadeloupe specialized in wood constructions.
